2018 Round Up
With the start of the new year well underway, that brings a close to a successful 2018 at Forays. We are so proud of the team and our achievements because together, we have completed construction on numerous properties and will be bringing you even more exciting developments in the new year.
Let’s remind ourselves of the finer details:
Located in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, we have completed four luxury homes on our Rye Common development in Odiham. Three of our homes have been sold and are occupied, with the fourth available.
Honing in on contemporary luxury, our duo of four floored, gated properties on Fort Road, Guildford have been fully constructed, sold and are now occupied. The homes offer stunning views and are uniquely designed, complementing each other perfectly. We hope the new homeowners love them as much as we do!
2018 also saw the completion of a beautiful property sitting at the foot of the Surrey Hills. The individually designed, five bedroom and bathroom house is located in East Horsley, the property offers a modern finish and ample space spread over its three floors. Now occupied, we hope this home will provide the perfect environment for its homeowners to make many happy memories.
We saw the completion of two Windlesham homes this year and with Hatton Hill offering two luxury four-bedroom detached homes, these high spec properties have now been sold and are occupied.
Just within touching distance of Avon Close, Mudeford, we are in the final stages of construction for two contemporary four-bedroom homes. Living so close to the beach, the soon to be homeowners will be able to reap the benefits of a coastal location; the fresh sea air, a variety of water sports including windsurfing and sailing, smuggling history, and the picturesque quay. With a population of approximately 4,000, this quaint sea-side town is the perfect escape.
With the district of Hart being voted one of the most desirable places to live in the country, our two developments in Fleet are under way. The first being a development consisting of five, two bedroom apartments and not too far away, two and three bedroom terraced homes are also under construction. All properties are built to a high specification, offer off street allocated parking and are available on the Help to Buy scheme.
We’re so pleased to have been granted planning permission for a single detached house and we are due to start construction in early 2019 for a beautiful family home in Newnham. With four bedrooms, a detached double garage and landscaped garden, this property will offer a rare opportunity to buy a new home in the Hampshire countryside.
We have recently commenced work on five luxury homes located in the Hampshire village of Oakley. The new development presents a rare opportunity to buy a home in this picturesque village, with five-bedroom detached houses, semi-detached two-bedroom cottages and a barn style home, these properties are due for completion in Summer and we expect these will be incredibly popular.
2019 will see the completion of six three-bedroom homes in the village of Deepcut. Each will offer on-trend and open plan living on the ground floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms all finished to a high standard and specification, as promised in all of our homes. Electric vehicle charging points will be available to all plots and each property will be finished off with private landscaped gardens for those sunnier days.
And finally, we’re excited to announce that we will shortly commence work on the conversion of beautiful Grade I listed Almshouses and the erection of six bungalows in the charming town of Godalming. This is an extremely exciting one for us and we can’t wait to get started on this and eventually see the finished masterpiece.
